Highly highly highly recommend this company! Chandler Crowe made this entire process of having our roof replaced so easy and stress free for me and my wife. I don’t have time to deal with the insurance company and sign all this and that, I’m busy with three kids and a pregnant wife at the moment…..well, Chandler made sure I didn’t have to stress about anything…Chandler was extremely knowledgeable and professional in everything he done throughout this process! I tried to leave a ten star review, but it would only go up to 5!

Joshua, with Total Pro Roofing was a tremendous help to me and my mom in Midland, Ga. If it wasn't for Joshua we would not have gotten our roof replaced. He went above and beyond. He really went to bat for us. He made a video summarizing the damages. Total Pro is very lucky to have an employee like Joshua. He is honest, kind, and work very hard. I highly recommend Total Pro Roofing. I had hail damage and needed roof to be replaced. They met the insurance adjuster at my house to point out damaged spots. My roof was replaced in less than once full day and left the property cleaner than when they started. They even took extra time to make sure every single little nail was not left on driveway to avoid any potential damage to our car tire.

Total Pro is the way to go! My roof had severe wind damage and Matt from Total Pro was a huge help throughout the entire process. The adjustor from my insurance company was 2 hours late for meeting Matt to look at the roof, but Matt never complained and stayed to ensure the roof was inspected properly so I was taken care of! We had a great experience on our various small roof repairs with Total Pro Roofing. Chris came out and walked our roof, following up with an estimate promptly to complete ridge repairs and shingle work. Chris even suggested some maintenance work to extend the life of our roof while the guys were on the roof, which we agreed was smart. We scheduled the work shortly thereafter as they kindly worked around our vacation plans. Once the repair guys arrived, the work was completed quickly. Chris even came by the next day to check over the work for us. Chris was a great communicator and was available for questions and concerns. Justin and team did an amazing job on our roof replacement placement! Justin recommended that we work through our home owners' insurance company, which ultimately saved us thousands in out-of-pocket costs. Jake from Total Pro Roofing was excellent to work with! He went above and beyond from the start with working with the insurance company to get the roof, gutters and window screens replaced to working with the crew to make sure my plants and trees surrounding the house were protected. The workmanship on the roof was exceptional and was completed in one day as promised. The worksite was cleaned up very nicely after completion. I think I now have the best looking roof in my neighborhood! I was extremely impressed with Jake’s communication through the entire process. He always kept me informed with dates and information and promptly called or returned texts. I cannot say enough about Jake’s customer service skills. I didn’t know where to start so I’ve called my insurance, Farmers, and they gave me two phone numbers. Called them both and left messages for each call saying that my roof was damaged by strong wind. The first one came but didn’t even bother going on the roof to inspect the damages but he did see a trim damaged on the corner of my house, from eye balling from the driveway (that inspection went nowhere-that was a disappointment). Mac, from Total Pro Roofing – the second call I made, went on the roof and saw some damaged. He was very professional from start to finish. Mac walked me through the process, step by step and made sure that it flowed smoothly. When the day came they were able to put a new roof in a day. Total Pro Roofing did a great job. I highly recommend them when your roof is in despair and needs repair. Again I want to thank Mac Musser (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for helping with the process and Total Pro Roofing for the new roof on my house.

The time has come to get our house renovated. Our contractor suggested that he also might be able to help get us a free roof with the newly renovated home.I was skeptical at first because we tried for it just a few years ago in 2019, but our claim was turned down by the insurance company at that time.And this is where Drew Johnston and Total Pro Roofing came into play! Mr Johnston called me to set up an appointment for his initial free roof inspection during which he was able to determine that our roof did in fact suffered hail damage. Following the inspection he also was in contact with my insurance company and negotiated with them, so they approved my claim this time around and finally we were on our way to a brand new roof!Total Pro was very professional throughout the whole process. A few days before the job actually took place we received a call from the company and they laid it out for us in details what we could expect throughout.The materials were delivered to our home the day before the job took place along with a dumpster for the old shingles and debris.The day of the job a whole army of workers showed up very early in the morning. They had a supervisor named Jeremy who stayed the entire day, kept an eye on things, took pictures for insurance purposes and answered all my questions. He was very informative and professional.The workers were very quick and efficient, they worked in unison, and their team work was unparalleled! Our home is not very large, 1500 square feet, but they really amazed us since they finished their job by 4pm! by 4:30 everything was removed and thoroughly cleaned up, someone even came and took their dumpster! The neighbors coming home from work that day would've never guessed that our entire roof had been replaced!All in all we are very satisfied with Total Pro Roofing! Everyone we came in contact with was very professional throughout the process. I also would like to mention timeliness and punctuality. From the time we first met Drew Johnston he had been very responsive. Every time I'd text him with a question he'd call me back shortly after with his answer. And as soon as our insurance company approved our claim, Total Pro scheduled us for our new roof.Total Pro Roofing has exceeded our expectations. The quality of their job and the value is superb! I feel very lucky that Mr. Johnston worked with us. He really was our voice towards the insurance company. Total Pro Roofing is the real deal!So many scammers… so many companies make big promises and are short on delivery. Not so with Total Pro Roofing. Everything they promised… they did.We had a situation where we had hail damage. I paid for years to my insurance for my home in order to protect it. The insurance company tried to dismiss my claim on three technicalities. When I explained the issues to Total Pro Roofing… they went through my entire roof and came up with the proof that was incontrovertible. Because of them, most specifically …Drew Johnson , I was able to have my entire roof replaced. They also were able to get some of the downspouts and gutters changed. Between Drew Johnson and Corey Smith I was treated courtesy, and complete professionalism. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’m a fussy guy, because I’m a proud perfectionist. Good enough is just not good enough for me. Schlocky work is unacceptable to me. I won’t do lazy job and won’t accept it from someone hired by me. Drew Johnson was at my house at the crack of dawn when they were starting the job to install the roof….and he was there to make sure that the job was done completely and as described prior to getting the job. Drew followed up after the job to see if there were any issues that I had. The crew that they came to my home with, was courteous, and job driven. We have a big roof and they were able to get it done in one day. There was a hitch…the insurance company had not provided enough shingles, so Drew made sure it was done early in the morning and finished before noon. The clean up was spectacular. If you had seen my home the day before while they were working, you would’ve thought a nuclear bomb went off. Yet, when they left, it was immaculately clean.Total Pro Roofing is amazing. With real guarantees. Corey smith was a great person to work with. Drew Johnson is a man that follows through and makes sure that you get what you were promised.Highest rating possible.Well done!!

My tornado damaged roof was inspected immediately after the storm. Drew Johnston did a thorough inspection. I contacted my insurance company explained the nature of the claim. From there, Total Pro Roofing and my Insurance company worked on the claim. Date was agreed upon for work to commence. There was some confusion as to whether Total Pro Roofing and my insurance company were in aggreement as to the cost when the project began. I couple of phone calls got the paperwork completed to everyones approval. Repairs on roof, porch, and gutters were completed. All work done was excellent. I have and will recommend this company.

I am very satisfied and recommend Total Pro Roofing. I had 5 highly rated BBB companies perform an inspection and quote for a total roof replacement. Only Total Pro and one other actually went up on my roof. Bailey was the only one to notice wind storm damage. He worked with my insurance company and they agreed. My insurance covered the roof replacement. Beyond that fact, Total Pro's price was a virtual tie with one other for the lowest. My roof was replaced in one day, which included some upgrades I wanted. I would definitely recommend Totalpro based off of the work both outside and inside of my home. I only have one complaint: one of my window screens was torn during the installation of my roof but I wasn’t told this incident happened. I know the tear was not there prior to the install. Just disappointed none of the workers told me about it.

When we noticed water spots on our ceilings, we looked for a roofing company to come and take a look at the shingles. We chose Total Pro Roofing due to their great reviews. They sent Al Scott to handle our issues. Al jumped through hoops for us. He was there each and every time our insurance company came out. Our insurance company put him through the wringer and he never backed down and did everything they requested, even though their requests were over the top. The end result: Our insurance company is paying for a new roof for us. We are convinced that we could not have done it without Al Scott from Total Pro. Left a message about a repair I needed. Got a call back within an hour with a reasonable quote. Service truck arrived less than 30 minutes later. The repairman was friendly and polite. Took care of my repair with no issues. I'm very pleased with their service.

If you want to be treated fairly and work with an honest company you need to contact Total Pro Roofing. After dealing with a couple of these "storm chasing", "never show up to meet with the insurance adjuster", "leave the customer hanging and take your money" roofers...Total Pro is a breath of fresh air! Allen Smith came out to meet with us and provided a clear understanding of what Total Pro offers, the cost of services the quality of materials and service to expect if we went with Total Pro...no hard sell, no pushing upgrades,no BS!! Al is an honest, straight shooter. We couldn't be happier with the top quality service provided,fair pricing and professionalism of every representative/employee. Total Pro will be the only roofer I ever recommend.

I'm really glad I that we selected Total Pro Roofing to replace our roof. It was a 2-day job because of the size and complexity of the roof (several gables and ridges). Chris and Matt represented Total Pro Roofing extremely well, and gained my confidence after spending more than an hour with us explaining their inspection and assessment, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and the construction & clean up processes. They were very patient to answer my questions, and then met with the insurance adjuster as promised on our behalf. Total Pro Roofing delivered on all accounts - no surprises! My wife and I are very happy with our roof, and the clean up afterwards. We would most certainly recommend Total Pro Roofing to our family and friends.

Al and Michael stopped by to inspect my roof for damage due to a recent storm. They did not find enough damage to support an insurance claim with my insurance company. However, they were kind enough to dig through my bushes to find a shingle that had blown off, and they attached it for me at no charge. Super nice guys; very knowledgeable and friendly; I will definitely use them in the future!

We had some roof leaks and called Total Pro Roofing. They offered to give us a free inspection and advise us whether it was maintenance issues or storm related. Travis came out and was very professional and honest as he said we do not need a new roof and all we needed was some caulking and replace a small area of decking. He also replaced all the boots to avoid future issues (at least for several years). So we were able to repair the problem at a minimum cost. In addition, Keith their marketing/customer service representative followed up with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend them to anyone.
