As a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster company, we proudly offer 3-STAR, 4-STAR, and 5-STAR upgraded manufacturer warranties. A 10 year SureStart, non-prorated warranty is included with all of our CertainTeed shingle installs.
SureStart coverage is a Manufacturer provided warranty that covers concerns from the materials themselves. Addionally, should there be any installation related concerns, Total Pro Roofing will return free of charge for any repairs for an entire 5 years. Certain restrictions apply, the above warranty offers are optional, and only available by request. By default, Total Pro Roofing installs of CertainTeed roofs include the SureStart warranty and an in house 5 year workmanship warranty included with every full roof replacement.
